Today is the first part of a 5 part series of Building a Better Weightlifter. 

We’ll be releasing a video each day with some tips on how you can improve your snatch, clean, and jerk. 

In today’s video, we focus on building awareness of the most important positions of the snatch and clean as the weight is lifted from the floor.  Master moving between them and chances are you’ll get that much better at using your body to lift even heavier loads.
