Inaugural Beach Workout – 3 rounds for fun!
Start and finish each round submerged in water. Run 75 meters to towels with partner. 15 Synchronized burpees. Partner carry to dunes (50 meters). 50 synchronized air squats. Alternate Parter carry to towels. Run back to water. Dunk and repeat twice more!
