Level 1 – 9:00 am
Foundational Athletic Movements.
No experience in weightlifting needed!
*Session capped at 30 athletes
Level 2 – 9:30 am
Basic Barbell Instruction.
Learn how to move athletically with the barbell.
*Session capped at 30 athletes.
Level 3 – 10:00 am
Introduction to the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk
Building off of Level 2, athletes learn basic patterns of movement to snatch, clean, and jerk effectively and efficiently.
*Session capped at 30 athletes.
Level 4 – 11:00 am
Lift heavy / Mystery Team Workout
Practice snatching, cleaning, and jerking.
Participate in a team mystery workout with cool people!
*Session capped at 40 athletes.
Level 5 -12:00
Drink ALL of the beer!
