Last week we looked at how the pushup can be used to identify certain areas of weakness in our movement patterns. Today’s post will offer you great starting points to fix a variety of issues that you may be having with your pushups.
1. Core is weaker than upper body.
2. Upper body is weaker than the core.
3. Shoulders sag.
Pay special attention to the serratus anterior as indicated by number 4 in the image above.
